How we refurbish a wheel
Not just a quick powder coat
Alloys get damaged by kerbing, corrosion and accidents, and even well looked-after wheels lose their shine. Every wheel that comes in goes through the same four stages.

Stripped back to bare metal
All the old paint comes off before we start, so we begin afresh. We never paint over previous work.

Blasted, repaired and prepared
Kerbing, corrosion and accident damage are repaired, and every wheel is prepared with professional equipment before any paint goes on.
- 03
Primed, then wet painted
Each wheel is powder coat primed, then wet painted in the finish you choose, from an extensive range of colours.
- 04
Lacquered, balanced and torqued
A powder acrylic lacquer seals the finish. Wheels and tyres are balanced and torqued before your car comes back to you.
